Job Title: Sausage Production Operative (Night Shift) 
Location: Wheal Rose, Scorrier
Hours:  03:00 AM – 11:00 AM (45 min Break) 
Salary: Dependant on Skills &  Experience  

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our sausage production team during night shifts. The role involves operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the smooth production of high-quality sausages in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate and monitor production line machinery to ensure efficient sausage production. 

• Perform quality checks to maintain product standards and compliance with food safety regulations. 

• Handle raw materials and ingredients, ensuring proper storage and usage. 

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area, adhering to strict health and safety protocols. 

• Complete production logs and other required documentation accurately. 

• Assist with machinery setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting during the shift. 

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. 

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not essential (training provided). 

• Ability to work night shifts and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 25kg. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards and HACCP is an advantage. 

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
