Book a butchery Course

Why not give the gift of a new skill this Father’s Day? At our Butchery Academy your Dad can learn how to make the most of noses, tails and every cut in between. Armed with his very own butchers kit (which he’ll get to take home*) your Dad will learn about various meat cuts, quality control and knife handling techniques – leaving him with a great knowledge of the dexterous skills needed to tackle meat in the kitchen at home.

*only full day courses qualify for butchery kit.

Drinks for Dad

Our remarkable range of gins, wines, beers, vodkas and rums are the perfect gift for Dad. From local offerings of Curio, Elemental and Tarquin’s Gin – to the interestingly named Dead Man’s Fingers – or a bottle of fizz from Polgoon Vineyard, there’s plenty to choose from.

Steak

Surely steak is the ultimate way to tell your dad he’s awesome? From meaty rib-eye to tender fillet, our butcher’s will be able to guide you through the perfect cut for your dad – they’ll even give you some tips on the perfect way to cook it too.

Pasties

Is there a better gift than a delicious combination of succulent beef, potato, swede and onion encased in a crumbly pastry? Our traditional Cornish Pasties have been made to the same secret recipe for nearly a century and are available to buy frozen pasties online or at our Farm Shop.

Is your dad the greatest cheese lover you know? This Father’s Day go all in on a cheesy gift from our deli counter.
