How to cook a frozen pasty

Whether you have made them yourself, ordered Etherington’s Pasties online or grabbed a box of frozen pasties from our Farm Shop – Cornish pasties cook from frozen easily, ensuring that when you come to eat them they are as fresh as can be.

We have included our ‘how to guide’ below for Medium and Cocktail Pasties (and sausage rolls too!)

Medium Pastys, from frozen

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 200 C or gas mark 6.
  2. Place the Trevethick’s Medium Pastys on a baking tray.
  3. Glaze with milk/ egg wash for an extra golden finish as required.
  4. Cook for 30 minutes, then reduce the oven to 180 C or gas mark 4 and cook for a further 30 minutes.

Cocktail Pastys, from frozen

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180 C or gas mark 4.
  2. Place the Trevethick’s Cocktail Pastys on a baking tray.
  3. Glaze with a milk/ egg wash for an extra golden finish as required.
  4. Cook for 45 minutes – enjoy.

Sausage Rolls, from frozen

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180 C or gas mark 4.
  2. Place the Trevethick’s sausage rolls on a baking tray.
  3. Glaze with a milk/egg wash for an extra golden finish as required.
  4. Cook for 45 minutes and enjoy.
